Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Home Appliances Department
Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Client's Home Appliances Department! In this entry level role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, providing outstanding support and assistance regarding their home appliance inquiries. Your linguistic skills will enable you to effectively communicate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment and have a passion for customer service. You'll have the opportunity to assist clients with product inquiries, technical support, and service requests while being part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with questions about home appliances, troubleshooting, and product features
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with technical support and service teams to address customer issues
- Provide detailed information on products and their functionalities
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or consumer electronics sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
