People and Culture HR Talent Development Specialist


$35 - $65 an hour
The People and Culture Team is looking for an experienced temporary resource (W2 or 1099) to support the optimization of our talent development program. This will entail developing new integration programs and discussions with team members on career development and defining career goals. Additionally, this resource will work in collaboration with the existing People and Culture team on the development of our succession planning process, tools to support defined career progressions and sharing information on our market and total compensation program(s).

This position will report into our headquarter office in downtown Chicago for anticipated work hours between 20-40 hours weekly through the end of the project. The resource will also be responsible for supporting all project knowledge transfer to amongst the current team for sustainable integration into our programs.   We anticipate this project to run through the 1st quarter of 2025 with hand-offs occurring in late March to early April.




This position in temporary and is not eligible for our benefits programs. As a W2 temporary employee this role could be eligible for paid time off benefits in accordance with the State of Illinois or the City of Chicago.


The compensation hourly range is between $35-$65 per hour and evaluated based on experience.
