  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering, process mapping, and system evaluation to ensure chosen solutions meet People operational needs.
  • Manage the technical review, selection, and implementation of People systems, serving as the primary system administrator and optimizing the systems for organizational use.
  • Develop and maintain the overall People systems roadmap, identifying and prioritizing initiatives to enhance service delivery and workforce management.
  • Support and train users in the effective use of People systems, driving high adoption rates and ensuring systems are leveraged to their full potential.
  • Regularly evaluate People system performance, recommending upgrades or changes to support evolving organizational needs.
  • Ensure all People systems adherence to data protection and maintain security to safeguard information.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, achieve favorable terms and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guidelines, facilitating knowledge sharing and system mastery among users.
  • Generate and present comprehensive reports on the status, performance, and future roadmaps of People systems ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the People and Technology functions, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration of systems. This includes collaborating on system troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining platform stability, all while managing technical specifications to support organizational objectives.
  • Identify opportunities and manage initiatives to maximize the usage of People systems, optimizing their impact on operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
