Overview of job

We’re results-focused and have a relentless obsession with driving client business outcomes.  We are currently looking for a media manager to join one of our growing client teams. 

 

In this role you will be assisting the Neo performance team to plan, execute, analyse, and report on campaigns delivered for our clients across platforms like Google ads, YouTube, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

This role reports to the associate director

Measures of success 
In three months: 

  • Received and delivered on your personalised 90 Day plans
  • Become familiar with all relevant media and finance systems
  • Provided superior support to your team members
  • Attended media owner presentations to build your knowledge of the media landscape
  • Become familiar with team processes
  • Build a good working relationship with your line manager
  • Assisting the team with post campaign reporting

In six months:

  • Attended media presentations to continue to build your knowledge of media landscape
  • Developed an understanding of the client’s product portfolio
  • Contribute to successfully delivering media strategies that have met or exceeded client expectations
  • Have completed relevant digital media training (certifications as required)
  • Consistently meet your finance process responsibilities
  • Help develop client reports including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports

In 12 months:

  • Learned to have a strong media point of view and develop media recommendations
  • Built trusted relationships with media partners and clients
  • Develop the skills to fully support your team
  • Started to develop deep and influential relationships with media owners
  • Develop the skills to plan, launch, monitor and optimise campaigns across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube etc)
  • Be accountable for the success of campaigns
  • Met KPIs that were set at your 6-month tenure

Responsibilities of the role:
The Media Assistant is an essential member of our team and helps provide best practice client service and market leading work through efficient and proactive administration procedures. Some of the key tasks you’ll be involved in are.

  • Being responsible for producing regular client reporting and post analysis documents
  • Research to inform media investment planning
  • Ad-ops; including campaign trafficking, QA, optimisation, and monitoring
  • Financial responsibilities including checking insertion orders/ confirms against media plans, financial system data input and a full comprehension of the payment process
  • Assist in driving innovation throughout client campaigns
