Mission Healthcare is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the journey of restoring motion and ensuring that the patient will function at their personal best. The gift of mobility is empowering! We want to grow our ability to change our patients lives.


Pay starts at a PPV of $130,000 a year, depending on experience and mileage reimbursement!


Responsibilities
  • Provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care.
  • Treats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.
  • Directs and aids patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, transfer activities and prosthetic training.
  • Maintains necessary records; clinical notes and conference notes which will be incorporated into the patient’s clinical record in prescribed time frames.
  • Participates in Organization Home Care Team Members meetings and Organization In-service Education Program.             


Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the state
  • Doctorate or Master (MS) degree in physical therapy
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a physical therapist
  • Current CPR certification
  • A licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
