Title: Instructor Trainer (Health and Human Services)

The Instructor Trainer II position performs advanced training work to ensure employees are effectively trained in data governance tools that support the implementation of a metadata library project. The contractor will support the Office of Data Governance (ODG) and Information Technology (IT) teams as well as programs across the agency with developing and implementing standardized documentation of business and technical metadata for all agency data in agency data governance tools. The contractor will also assist with other data governance priorities, as needed. The instructor trainer must be able to draft a variety of communications, training materials, and presentations for program staff to understand their role in implementing and maintaining business and technical metadata. The instructor trainer must be able to clearly communicate (verbally and in writing) with a variety of stakeholders as job duties include working directly with public health program staff on a daily basis. Attention to detail and ability to keep up with and distinguish between a variety of program areas will be critical in this fast-paced project.
