Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Business Development Representatives, enhance outbound prospecting strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize sales processes, and track performance metrics.
Skills: Expertise in outbound sales, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), strong coaching and mentoring skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of leadership experience in sales development, 5+ years in B2B or SaaS sales, proven team-leading skills, strong communication and analytical abilities.
Location: Atlanta, GA, US (Hybrid role: onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, remote on Mondays and Fridays)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80,000 - $130,000.

Position Summary
As a BDR Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on outbound prospecting. Your mission is to develop, coach, and scale a high-performing team that consistently generates qualified opportunities for our sales organization. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine prospecting strategies, optimize processes, and ensure your team is equipped to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
