Position Summary
Momentive Software (formerly Community Brands) seeks an experienced Manager for our Business Development team to mentor and develop a team of early career BDRs and SDRs, helping hone their skills in sharing Momentive’s story with prospective clients with the goal of setting up meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring and finds fulfillment in helping others achieve their career goals in Sales, while also optimizing processes for a combination of inbound lead follow up and outbound lead generation. The ideal candidate enjoys the pursuit of new business and connecting with their team, even when providing coaching. Even in Momentive’s fast-paced environment, we count on you to build culture amongst a close-knit team.
The successful candidate is accepting a mission to develop, coach, and scale a high-performing team that consistently generates qualified opportunities for our sales organization. They will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to refine (inbound and outbound) prospecting strategies, optimize processes, and ensure your team is equipped to exceed pipeline and revenue goals.
