About the Opportunity✍️

We're on the lookout for an experienced Affiliate & Performance Marketing Manager to join our team, where you'll be pivotal in building growth strategies and scaling paid media channels. The primary goal for this role is to increase Active MoonPay users by managing and setting up scalable systems for growth. You'll be the go-to person for scaling our affiliate marketing program and testing, iterating, and optimizing our presence across channels like UAC, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search.

What you will do
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate and strategic marketing partners
  • Take ownership and develop further existing affiliate partnerships
  • Support major marketing campaigns with tailored growth marketing strategic planning and execution
  • Proactively assist with GTM strategy and share expertise and advice with external teams
  • Test, iterate, and scale paid media channels (UAC, Meta, Apple Search, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance our presence and performance across multiple paid social channels
  • Work closely with the creative team to ideate and iterate on creatives and maintain a steady creative testing pipeline
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage new tools and techniques to keep our marketing efforts cutting-edge

About You
  • As an Affiliate & Performance Marketing Manager you will be expected to maintain operational excellence and make sure that our paid campaigns are following best practices. You are proactive and keen to try and test new growth strategies and find cost-efficient ways to build awareness around MoonPay and increase our user base. 
  • The ideal candidate is naturally multi-channel in their approach, with deep expertise in paid advertising and affiliate marketing strategies. Experience in Web 3 and crypto (professional or personal) is a huge plus. 

What you will need
  • 3+ years in managing affiliate marketing with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing tools and best practices.
  • 1+ years in managing digital advertising on major channels like Google, Meta, TikTok with a strong track record of driving results.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative mindset to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new platforms, trends, and strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
