Social Moderation & Community Associate

This job is part-time and will require ~ 10 hours per week.


OVERVIEW

In this role, you will support the Morning Brew Inc social video team’s community management efforts by engaging with users, providing comment moderation and helping to foster a positive and dynamic environment across our social audiences.


This role will report to the Social Lead, Video.


HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

- Moderating Morning Brew Inc's comment section and ensuring it is a respectful and positive environment

- Respond to user comments in the Morning Brew Inc tone of voice.

- Publish social video content across all of Morning Brew Inc's social profiles

- Identify and report on audience feedback and trends

- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve community engagement and support efforts.


QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage users in a friendly and professional manner.

- Familiarity with social media platforms

- Interest in business and finance news
