CredLens is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic Communications Manager to support our communication strategy and efforts. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic vision and hands-on execution to enhance the organization's reputation, reach, and impact. This position involves implementing communication strategies aligned with the organization's mission, managing editorial calendars, and ensuring consistency in brand voice across all platforms. Key responsibilities include creating a wide range of content, from social media posts and newsletters to client-facing materials, while also managing digital assets and supporting internal communications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented professional with exceptional writing and interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a mission-driven organization with a start-up mindset.

About CredLens CredLens has built national data trust focused on verified outcomes for non-degree credentials.  The effort is an initiative launched by the Strada Education Foundation in 2024.  CredLens will deliver actionable insights and power ongoing research for industry-based, professional, and workforce credentials.

CredLens is designed to fill the data gap for non-degree credentials.  The attainment of these credentials is growing, but there is little to no data tracking their outcomes.  CredLens offers real-time data analytics and visualizations to credential issuers, workforce training providers, philanthropic funding partnerships, and state system partnerships to support the continuous improvement of credential quality and to support informed funding and scaling decisions.

The Communications Manager provides a wide range of strategic and tactical support to the CredLens Communications function as well as the leadership team with a heavy emphasis on content creation and content management. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, thoughtful, hard-working professional to join a non-profit with a start-up mindset, and help grow the organization’s reputation, reach and impact.

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of digital media strategies, using data and insights to inform future strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of outreach campaigns, ensuring digital content aligns with broader marketing and communication goals.
