    • Strategic direction/program design
    • Business case development/approval processing
    • FADb generation/publishing
    • Report template design
    • Weekly report management/distribution
    • Final report generation/ARMIS account crediting

 

  • Motorcraft Rewards
    • Strategic direction/program design
    • Business case development/approval processing
    • FADb generation/publishing
    • OGC program approval
    • Ford Treasury stored value card (SVC) document processing
    • Comerica reloadable debit card generation/weekly processing
    • Report template design/weekly distribution (CSP Unclaimed/Claimed earned rewards)
    • Weekly CSP sales vs objective reporting
    • Program Headquarters management
    • Quarterly CSP prize drawing management

 

  • EDI (Electronic Data Interface)
    • New FAD set ups
      • GSDB generation
      • CBS set up
      • MCEDI set up
      • BTR set up
      • GEC Hub set up
      • EDI supplier management
        • AMI
        • SPScommerce/Gcommerce
        • Corcentric
      • Issue management
        • Trouble shoot issue
        • Assemble correct FORD IT groups/individuals to address
        • Confirm EDI players
        • Manage issue resolution process
      • FAD buy/sells and acquisitions
        • Combination of new FAD set up and issue management actions
    • National Account (World Pac, Advance,…)
      • New ship to location set up

  • New Programs (Battery Buy/Sell Incentive, FMP 90400 Sales Incentive)
    • Strategic direction/program design
    • Business case development/approval processing
    • FADb generation/publishing
    • Report template design
    • Weekly report management/distribution
    • Final report generation/ARMIS account crediting

Qualifications

  • Inventory Assistance Programs
    • Design/refine process for the execution of Inventory Assistance Programs and appropriate ordering (IASO) forms
    • Develop business and process for approval
    • Inventory Order Assistance (IOA)
    • Inventory Deployment Program (IDP)
    • Stock Lift
      • Lift parts destruction:
        • Ensure lifted parts destruction is properly executed
        • Coordinate FAD PA Code parts account credits
      • Lift parts acquired by 3rd party vendors:
        • Bid out to 3rd party vendors lifted parts acquisition quotations
        • Award quote to selected 3rd party vendor
        • Develop FAD lift agreement form and manage approval process
        • Develop 3rd party vendor parts pick up & payment agreement form, and manage approval process
        • Ensure lifted parts pick up has been properly executed
        • Coordinate FAD PA Code parts account credits
