About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven knowledge in web development and basic system design.
You’re eager to learn and grow your skills, taking initiative on tasks and showing ownership from start to finish.
Curious problem-solver, comfortable investigating and debugging issues with guidance from more experienced teammates.
You are a collaborative team player who is comfortable receiving/giving feedback, as well as discussing solutions with peers.

Bonus points:

Experience working with Django in a production environment.
Professional experience working with Python, Java, Rust, and Go.
Proficient in TypeScript or JavaScript and have experience with modern frameworks.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $165,000 annually, plus additional compensation and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum range for a new hire across the U.S. for the posted position. A candidate's specific pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the candidate's job-related skills, relevant education, training, experience, certifications, and abilities, as well as other factors unique to each candidate.
