This is a fantastic chance to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking while working with a talented team.• Competitive holiday benefits (24 days a year paid holiday, plus 7 national holidays)• Matched 401k contributions• Hybrid working (2 days per week remote) - get the flexibility you need while also benefiting from the fantastic MVF office culture• The potential for paid trips to visit our colleagues in MVF's London office!• Medical coverage including Dental and Vision (with the ability to upgrade) - we want you feeling your best at work!• Free snacks throughout the day, coffee, tea and fruit infused water• Paid central Austin parking• Regular social events - we love working and spending time together, so we like to take time to bond and have fun!• Manage the full life cycle of digital campaigns for our clients (planning, booking, trafficking)• Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for maximum performance• Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive results• Participate in and lead client calls, effectively presenting campaign insights and recommendations• Collaborate with business development managers to create data-driven strategies and bespoke proposals• Generate comprehensive campaign reports for stakeholders• Work closely with other internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution• Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities• Proven experience in ad operations• A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for digital marketing• 1-2 years of experience managing performance-driven digital campaigns• Experience working in a media agency or publisher environment• Strong understanding of digital display and advertising solutions• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading client calls• Proficiency in Google Analytics/Amplitude and Google Ad Manager• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite or G Suite (Workspace)• Consistently exceeding campaign goals and objectives• Demonstrating a data-driven approach to campaign optimization• Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams• Proactively identifying new opportunities for campaign growth• Contributing to the overall success of the partnerships team
