Our Unified marketing team is here to drive un-believe-able results for the business. They create demand in market for MYOB and engage AU & NZ businesses when it matters most to either acquire or retain them. They’re dedicated to delivering value for our customers by understanding their business pain points, and needs and ensuring we deliver them value at every stage of their journey.


About the Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll design and roll out engaging campaigns tailored to specific customer groups and products. Using a variety of marketing tools, you’ll attract attention, keep customers interested, boost sales, and build loyalty. You’ll also measure the success of your campaigns, using feedback and data to keep improving.


What will keep you busy...
  • Plan and run marketing campaigns that align with customer needs, focusing on web and customer communications
  • Collaborate with senior team members to complete initiatives and deliver impactful results
  • Assist with large-scale campaigns and take ownership of smaller promotions, coordinating creative, offers and pricing across teams
  • Develop engaging email series, webinars and content for partners to promote offers and share insights
  • Support key events ensuring they are well-executed and meet business objectives
  • Use data and analytics to track campaign performance and improve strategies, while understanding customer needs and commercial goals
