Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire a Social Media Marketing Specialist, to join our team in our Sheikh Zayed's Premises.

Job Summary:

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our online community and maintaining a positive brand image. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring our social media channels, engaging with our audience, and ensuring a safe and welcoming online environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Moderation:
    • Review and moderate all user-generated content, including comments, posts, and messages.
    • Develop and implement a social media content calendar.
    • Schedule content for posting on various social media platforms.
    • Identify and remove any content that violates our community guidelines or legal regulations.

  • Community Engagement:
    • Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, questions, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive community by encouraging respectful and constructive conversations.
    • Identify and address any negative sentiment or potential issues.

  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track key metrics and generate regular reports on social media performance.
    • Analyze audience insights to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform our social media strategy.

  • Brand Advocacy:
    • Promote our brand through engaging and informative content.
    • Share relevant content and participate in relevant online discussions.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with social media management tools is a plus.
  • A basic monthly salary that is determined based on experience

  • Location: Sheikh Zayed.
  • Hybrid Model - 3 days from office, 2 days from home.
