Competitive Wages and Benefits:
Trading Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Coordinate purchases of frozen beef from Uruguay / Brazil to the US
Organize and set up new contracts
Monitor shipping schedule of containers and throughout transit to the US
Review all documents for accuracy
Communicate with Customs Broker on containers to US ports
Maintain inventory in US to ensure product loads outbound correctly
Review and approve all billing
Monitor duties paid to Customs
Communicate with cold storages on drayage, USDA inspection, inventory and orders scheduled outbound
Work with carriers to schedule POs to customers
Maintain Chep inventory
Prepare weekly recap information
Other duties as assigned
This is an on-site position.
Qualified Candidates for the Trading Logistics Coordinator position should possess the following:
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, strong written / verbal communication
Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Reasoning and problem-solving abilities
Minimum High School Education or Equivalent
General office skills
Professional Appearance
Good Work Ethic
Computer experience (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel)
English / Spanish bilingual communication preferred
