Responsibilities

Trading Logistics Coordinator responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate purchases of frozen beef from Uruguay / Brazil to the US

• Organize and set up new contracts

• Monitor shipping schedule of containers and throughout transit to the US

• Review all documents for accuracy

• Communicate with Customs Broker on containers to US ports

• Maintain inventory in US to ensure product loads outbound correctly

• Review and approve all billing

• Monitor duties paid to Customs

• Communicate with cold storages on drayage, USDA inspection, inventory and orders scheduled outbound

• Work with carriers to schedule POs to customers

• Maintain Chep inventory

• Prepare weekly recap information

• Other duties as assigned

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified Candidates for the Trading Logistics Coordinator position should possess the following:

• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, strong written / verbal communication

• Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Reasoning and problem-solving abilities

• Minimum High School Education or Equivalent

• General office skills

• Professional Appearance

• Good Work Ethic

• Computer experience (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel)

• English / Spanish bilingual communication preferred
