If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Associate Director, Key Account Marketing to join our Marketing organization.Responsibilities:• Develop personalized multi-channel integrated marketing plans to drive growth for a key account working in lock step with industry, hub, and functional marketing teams; create buyer journeys that will nurture and deepen relationships with key executives• Design and execute demand generation programs focused on buyer groups at a key account to drive a lift in account engagement, marketing qualified leads, pipeline, and deal acceleration• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand activities on sales pipeline, revenue, demand funnel velocity, and ABM account engagement activity• Support sales and the account lead partner to foster and grow strategic client relationships; identify external client relationships mapped to buyer groups that feed account growth and strategic marketing plan• Create Client Value Program execution approach and resulting action plans to address service needs and opportunities across the cross-functional portfolioQualifications:• Minimum eight years of recent experience of demand generation and marketing, Consumer and Retail experience preferred• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field• Extensive background generating successful ABM programs to drive account engagement and marketing influenced growth for the business; experience developing multi-channel highly targeted and personalized marketing plans to generate pipeline• Experience across multiple paid, owned, and earned marketing channels including events, social, search, display, direct mail, and others• Must have extensive experience with sales and marketing technology such as Salesforce, Introhive, Aprimo, and Demandbase• Exceptional written and oral communications skills; able to operate effectively and make decisions based on detailed information; ability to manage risk, adapt to changes and be flexibleKPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
