The Business Analyst Studio Production Technology is responsible for designing, implementing, & optimizing technology solutions and processes in support of NBCUniversal’s Film & Television production groups as part of the Studio Technology Solutions organization. This person will leverage their subject matter expertise in production technologies across the SDLC to support projects for new technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of Film and TV production tools, processes and workflows. The Business Analyst will leverage established NBCU processes, methodologies, and associated practices while carrying out their responsibilities and services for the studio production groups.
In addition to supporting the NBCU production business units, the business analyst will partner with technical operations and engineering teams to support enterprise initiatives for our upstream production technologies, workflows, and metadata as part of a rapidly evolving, connected company-wide media supply chain.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for regular production support activities, including issue analysis, documentation & prioritization, defect management, and testing.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
