As a Deal Registration analyst in GTM Sales Operations, you are in a role that is essential to manage Worldwide (WW) deal registrations. This role is pivotal to ensure that our partners and internal sales teams align effectively to maximize sales opportunities and protect channel investments. You will deliver outstanding support to oversee and streamline the deal registration process within our organization.Essential Functions:• Provide day to day operational support to vet and manage end-to-end deal registration process smoothly.• Evaluate deal submissions for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with organizational policies. Approve or escalate registrations based on established guidelines.• Act as the primary point of contact for partners regarding deal registration inquiries.• Ensure all registered deals comply with company policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Job Requirements• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills demonstrated through strong presentation, verbal and written communication• Good knowledge in MS office (Excel expertise)• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and deal registration platforms.• Knowledge of partner ecosystems and Sales Cycle. – Desirable• Experience in a channel-driven sales environment – Optional• Must be flexible to work in APAC, EMEA and US business hours and work in shift as assigned by Manager – Highly desirableEducation & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree – Required• 0-2 years of experience in sales operations, channel management or partner programs.
