As an Inside Sales Specialist, you are responsible for preparation of timely quotes for customers and accurate entry of orders into the system including updates where required.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Supervisor, this role functions as the primary point of contact for customers in obtaining Quote and order status, milestone tracking and any other required updates from time of quote receipt through order acknowledgement and until final shipment.
This opportunity provides the ability to manage the daily workload and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while interfacing with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Management) to review projects and develop a plan of action prior to quotation and after receipt of order.
