Associate Director, Paid Social (Remote)

As Associate Director, Paid Social, you will be responsible for senior client relationship management and will actively contribute to and participate in new business opportunities. You will also provide strategic guidance to the overall media team, as well as biddable media team, in order to ensure flawless activation strategies.


What You'll Do:
  • Foster strong agency-vendor relations to develop comprehensive media plans that successfully accomplish client goals
  • Help develop account planning, budgeting, and new activation documents
  • Ensure social media best practices in alignment with Pharma, Medical, Legal, and regulatory compliance
  • Management and development of junior staff
  • Assist Director of Biddable and team in continuing to build search/social practices by evolving organizational processes, reporting templates, data analysis and media planning


What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of Paid Social experience
  • 2+ years of team management
  • 4-year degree preferred
  • Experience building, launching, setting up, and QA’ing accounts across multiple search engines and social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Proficiency in Excel, including extensive work with pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Familiarity with biddable media analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics)
  • Past experience with 3rd party bid management tools. Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform a plus
