What you'll do:
  • Employ outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to foster enduring and productive relationships with clients and partners.  
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and understanding throughout all interactions.
  • Harness an in-depth comprehension of the Marketplace ecosystem to spearhead, construct, propel, and optimize high-impact marketing campaigns across diverse platforms such as Amazon Ad Console, DSP, Walmart, Target, and beyond.
  • Exemplify accountability and ownership by proactively evaluating innovative solutions tailored precisely to each client's distinctive business objectives and challenges. Demonstrate strategic leadership in navigating complex scenarios.
  • Implement daily reporting mechanisms to bolster clients’ KPIs. Confidently decipher trends and provide data-driven recommendations grounded in robust digital marketing analytics within the marketplace domain.
  • Seamlessly integrate a comprehensive understanding of vertical and categorical trends, discerning their impact on the overarching narrative within the marketplace. Utilize insights to refine strategies and enhance outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reviews with clients to meticulously examine trends, performance metrics, and introduce innovative advertising strategies aimed at maximizing results.
  • Proactively unearth new marketing avenues and devise inventive methods to repurpose existing strategies across Amazon and other platforms.  Foster brand awareness and drive sales volume, both on and off Amazon.
  • Provide adept coaching, mentorship, and task delegation to junior team members on collaborative accounts. Foster an environment conducive to professional growth and development within the team 


What we're looking for:
  • 7+ years of distinguished experience in Amazon Advertising, paid eCommerce, senior media planning, or equivalent roles, demonstrating a profound understanding of marketplace dynamics and strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and strategy, showcasing the ability to derive insights and drive impactful decisions.
  • Additional experience across diverse marketplaces such as Criteo, Walmart, Instacart, among others, adding depth and breadth to your expertise.
  • Extensive experience in integrated media planning and strategy, demonstrating a holistic approach to campaign execution and optimization.
