Senior Email Marketing Manager

Our Mission

We’re not your average benefits platform – we’re the driving force that uplifts people’s lives. Our technology connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: to build a world where everything works at its best, ensuring every employee gets the support they need to thrive—both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

As a Senior Email Marketing Exec at Ben, you’ll be the driving force behind our email marketing efforts. Your focus will be on:

  • Creating and optimising compelling email campaigns

  • Moving prospects through the funnel and turning customers into advocates

  • Shaping how we communicate with top global companies

Things you will be working on…

  • Creating and shaping our email strategy to nurture leads, drive customer acquisition, and increase engagement at every stage of the customer lifecycle.

  • Building audience segments and making sure our lists are growing, healthy and compliant.

  • Writing and executing email campaigns that cut through the noise and create a consistent narrative throughout the buyer journey

  • Bringing our brand to life by making sure our email copy and visuals align with our brand voice and drive engagement.

  • Analysing performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and using insights to develop strategies that improve performance, user experience and ROI.

  • Driving growth by creating campaigns that accelerate the sales funnel and boost product adoption.

You will love this role if you have…

  • Proven Experience: Several years  in email marketing, CRM management, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Tech Savvy: You have good knowledge in segmentation, user journeys, personalisation, automation strategies, conversion optimisation and have worked with Hubspot before.

  • Great writing skills: You have a passion for great copy and creative thinking, and can write emails that cut through the noise

  • A passion for great email marketing: You keep up to date with email marketing best practices and latest trends, and always looking for ways to improve

  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You bring sharp analytical skills and an eagle eye for details to everything you do.

  • Cool Under Pressure: Thrive in fast-paced environments, staying calm and effective when facing challenges or ambiguity.

  • Team Player: Experienced in collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product

You will not love this role if you….

  • You thrive on rigid structure. We’re a dynamic startup figuring things out as we grow. This is a new role at Ben, so you will be creating the process as you go.

  • You prefer slow and steady over fast and furious. Our pace is quick, and we’re action-oriented, especially when it comes to solving customer challenges.

  • You’re not ready to own your own results and be held accountable

  • Wait for others to step up, or to be told what to do. We are a high-performance and high-reward work place and are looking for people who are proactive
