  • Conceptualize and execute innovative ideas seamlessly from inception to polished assets.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends, strategically optimizing content for reach and engagement.
  • Experienced in generating visual stunning content and shooting reels and TikToks videos with your smartphone. 
  • Showcase a track record of excellence in copywriting and content creation for social media platforms.
  • Craft compelling and on-brand copy for social media posts in both German and English.
  • Possess knowledge of social media marketing principles and best practices, constantly evolving with the digital landscape.
  • Experience working within the creative or advertising industry, with a portfolio showcasing past work in social media campaigns.
  • You can tackle multiple projects and tasks at once, skillfully manage clients, and do so with ease.
  • Prior experience in overseeing brand social channels, conceptualizing creative ideas, executing content production, and managing clients and projects.
  • You are experienced in editorial planning and content production (photo and video) for social media channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
  • You have 2-3 years experience in working in a creative agency.
  • You are a German native with excellent English language skills.
