Senior Manager, Insights Digital Analyst

The Senior Manager, Insights Digital Analyst plays a pivotal role in interpreting and analyzing diverse digital marketing channels utilizing advanced tools such as Excel, Tableau, Python, or R, and Google Analytics. Your responsibilities will extend beyond analysis to strategic decision-making through actionable insights extraction, crucial for driving business growth and shaping overarching marketing strategies.


What you'll do
  • Lead comprehensive data collection and intricate campaign analysis to assess return-on-investment across pivotal marketing and business initiatives, strategically shaping future development.
  • Offer advanced strategic insights and recommendations by implementing sophisticated analytical methodologies and frameworks across diverse projects.  
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, taking the lead in executing high-impact analytics projects on a daily basis, guiding and mentoring junior analysts.  
  • Produce in-depth reports, documentation, and actionable insights encompassing nuanced performance metrics like lifts and efficiencies.
  • Ensure utmost accuracy through rigorous quality control measures in analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Spearhead the development of advanced analytical solutions, including segmentation and modeling, aligning them strategically with overarching company goals and future projections.
  • Review, analyze, and deliver qualitative and quantitative data in an impactful manner to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring comprehension of actionable insights.  
  • Maintain exceptional standards in deliverables, balancing analytical complexity with business needs while consistently meeting stringent deadlines.  
  • Utilize exceptional storytelling skills to present clear, concise, and impactful insights that drive informed decisions, guiding the strategic direction of marketing initiatives.


What we're looking for:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, web, or customer analytics.
  • A deep understanding of various digital channels (SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, Shopping, Display) and their interconnected functionalities.
  • Expertise across diverse verticals, especially in e-commerce and lead generation, demonstrating successful analytical contributions.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and attribution solutions.
  • Effective time management and project management abilities.
