Location: Remote in Europe, ideally based in Greece/Cyprus but we are open to anywhere in Europe.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in fuelling our growth engine by identifying, nurturing, and delivering high-potential leads that turn into long-term partnerships. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to create strong, lasting relationships by effectively conveying the value of Nivoda’s platform. Your role will be pivotal in transforming curiosity into opportunity and laying the foundation for business growth.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Greek & proficient in English.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect & Identify Opportunities: Identify high-potential leads through market research, inbound lead management, and outbound prospecting. You’ll engage decision-makers to understand their challenges and determine how Nivoda can help.

  • Create a Memorable First Impression: You’ll be the face of Nivoda for many potential customers, creating a strong first impression through personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone, and more.

  • Qualify Leads: Through effective communication and deep listening, you’ll identify the prospects most likely to benefit from Nivoda’s offerings and nurture these leads into warm opportunities for the Business Development Managers.

  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with the BDMs to seamlessly transition qualified leads, ensuring alignment and communication that drives efficiency. You'll be an integral part of the sales team’s success.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Maintain meticulous records of your outreach, engagement, and results in our CRM (Hubspot). You’ll use data and key metrics to refine your prospecting strategies and continuously improve.

  • Innovate & Improve: Share feedback from potential clients to help us refine our messaging and product offerings. You'll play a role in improving our customer journey from day one.

Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

  • Lead Generation: Increase the number of qualified leads to keep the sales pipeline full and growing.

    • KRs: Achieve a minimum of 30 qualified leads per month, with at least 50% converting into sales opportunities.

  • Prospecting Efficiency: Maximise efficiency in outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

    • KRs: Reduce the time from initial contact to qualified lead by 20%.

  • Seamless Collaboration: Ensure smooth handoffs between SDRs and BDMs, maintaining a seamless customer journey.

    • KRs: Achieve 100% success in transitioning qualified leads with clear, detailed information for the BDMs.

Basic Qualifications

  • Fluent in Greek & proficient in English

  • A passion for high-growth environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or prospecting role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A collaborative mindset with an eagerness to learn and grow.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and a data-driven approach to lead generation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the B2B marketplace, tech industry, or luxury goods market.

  • Strong data analytics skills and experience using insights to enhance prospecting strategies.

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.

  • Prior experience in a fast-scaling environment.
