We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Material Service Coordinator II for our Inpatient Inventory team, located at 251 E Huron St, Chicago, IL. This full-time, days position includes working 40 hours a week with shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including every other weekend and holidays. In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, issuing, and delivering linen and medical/surgical supplies within our healthcare system. Your initiatives will directly support our mission of providing top-notch healthcare. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include accurately maintaining supply levels, responding to customer requests, and ensuring that materials are correctly labeled and stored. You’ll also engage in basic inventory assessments and utilize both manual and automated systems for order placements. Having a high school diploma is a prerequisite, and while having at least a year of experience in materials handling within a healthcare environment is preferred, your proactive attitude will make you a perfect fit for our team.
