According to our standard pay structure, the estimated annual salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $115,000.Job DescriptionAs a Product Data Manager at Northwestern Mutual, you will work with a team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and financial experts to analyze product features, inform, and initiate product vision. Your primary responsibilities include:• * Advise product decisions with both qualitative and quantitative data on behavior and experimentation;• Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation according to business value or return on investment;• Participate in and sometimes facilitate daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, and Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives;• Identify potential issues and help resolve those that may impair the ability to meet strategic, financial, and/or technical goals;Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:• * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;• Formal business analyst, engineering, or testing experience;• Knowledge of the financial services industry;• Familiarity with BI tools;• Knowledgeable expertise or experience with Scrum Framework;• Cross-functional work experience along with strong communication skills, time management, project management skills, eye for business, and high self-awareness/EQ;• Demonstrated experience in research, analysis, and providing recommendations;• Able to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.BenefitsWe offer flexible work schedules and a competitive benefits package, including first-class perks and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
