Experienced designer with an expertise in presentation design and PowerPoint that can work independently as well as follow direction and can effectively utilize existing templates and develop unique creative or design solutions as needed.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:• Designs a variety of presentations for home office and field events• Manages the quality of deliverables and ensures they meet the highest quality standards • Collaborates with business partners and leaders across the organization to deliver impactful creative solutions• Ensures creative concepts and visual design are on brand and on strategy • Delivers on-brand design solutionsQualifications:• 3-5 years of visual or graphic design experience• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related area or equivalent professional experience • Proficiency in a variety of design applications (PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to learn new applications quickly as needed• Ability to produce consistent well-designed work• Ability to explain design decisions• Collaborative work ethic• Takes constructive input with ease and grace• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks• Solid design skills demonstrated through an online portfolio#LI-HybridCompensation Range:Pay Range - Start:$55,020.00Pay Range - End:$102,180.00Northwestern Mutual pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement in the salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
