We efficiently serve growers' needs and strive to provide a more profitable, sustainable, and secure future for all stakeholders.  Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for collaborating with the Retail organization and the broader HR enterprise to lead, develop, and execute Nutrien’s talent attraction and sourcing strategies. The goal is to source and attract qualified, diverse candidates to fulfill the growing talent needs of Nutrien Ag Solutions.In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide a team of recruiters committed to persistently seeking out the best talent and building a robust talent pipeline to meet the demands of Nutrien’s Retail organization. As a senior leader, you will partner with business leaders, HR colleagues, and various stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and efficiency. This includes leveraging technology and best practices to identify and secure top talent for Nutrien both now and in the future.What you will do:• Lead and manage Talent Attraction Recruitment for the global Retail business unit of Nutrien. Direct and oversee the recruiting function, ensuring it is cost-effective, technology-enabled, and adaptable to the changing talent needs of the Retail business• Lead the creation of a Retail Recruitment Playbook and establish reporting mechanisms to track progress and return on investment (ROI) against its initiatives• Clearly define a service level agreement with the business to ensure clarity of expectations• Align recruitment efforts with the organization’s strategic business priorities and deliver top talent by working with the HR team as well as corporate and field leadership teams collectively supporting Nutrien’s Strategy and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Utilize talent market insights, artificial intelligence, and competitive intelligence to develop innovative strategies that create talent pipelines for critical roles and attract and engage candidates• Connect and collaborate with the Talent Attraction team to develop talent pools and pipelines for both core and critical roles• Accountable for metrics reporting, talent insights and workforce planning analysis Analyze, measure, and report on key metrics such as hiring efforts, turnover, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and other KPIs• Identify trends in the labor market and partner closely with the business to execute strategic next steps to acquire needed talent• Stay informed on industry best practices to support the organization’s hiring needs• Create and implement a global approach for sharing best practices, improving processes and systems, and collaborating on talent attraction initiatives• Collaboratively shape Nutrien’s Employee Value Proposition to create an exceptional candidate experience, reinforcing Nutrien as a top Employer of Choice• Collaborate, innovate, and problem-solve with the broader talent team to contribute to the overall success of the Nutrien Talent function• Lead, develop, and nurture the Retail Talent Attraction team's performance and career growth• Ensure global compliance with recruiting and screening requirements for candidates across the Retail organization• Maintain an active desk for critical and hard-to-fill vacancies, demonstrating flexibility and a hands-on approach to support the Retail Talent Attraction teamWhat you will bring:• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations, business and/or human resources- preferably in large, global, publicly traded companies• Minimum of 8 years’ experience - direct people management in a senior leadership role• Experience with high volume, fast paced recruitment• Experience working at an operations site or field location(s) outside of a corporate office/environment• Post-secondary education (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree) in business, agriculture, science or human resources or equivalent work experience• Strong business acumen and proven project management, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, creativity, and fortitude to navigate in times of ambiguity; able to pull relevant components out of complex situations to connect the dots and make sound decisions• Robust Talent Attraction background with deep experience in creating, designing TA models, partnerships, technology implementation and recruitment thought leadership• Experience using an ATS with sophisticated reporting capabilities (Nutrien utilizes Success Factors)• Translates strategy into execution with well-developed skills in organizational capability and change management, as well as written and verbal communications• Inspiring and energetic leader who can encourage their team to high performance levels through defined metrics and performance behaviors• Able to partner, influence and consult with Executives, Leaders and HR professionals across the organization• Able to react quickly to changes, while keeping alignment with long term direction• Motivated by complexity and challenges; energized by evolving, fast-paced environments• Experience with diagnosing and defining areas of business process improvement and collaboratively creating resolve through process, people and systems• Proven leadership of successful technology implementation(s) resulting in increased business efficiency, decrease in operational cost and access to data to help drive insightful business decisions• Exceptional presentation skills and experienced public speaker• Ability to travel up to 35%Compensation & Benefits:$120,000 to $165,000. This range is estimated for a Senior Manager, Talent Attraction in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week.
