Senior Human Resources Management Specialist

Responsibilities

OBXtek has an immediate need for a number of highly qualified Senior Human Resources Management Specialists to support our new U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDA&CP) and Battle Management Command, Control and Communications (BMC3) Support Services contract (Hemisphere) contract in the El Segundo, CA area.

 

Travel is not anticipated but would occur less than five percent of the time on an occasional and irregular basis and be limited to domestic locations only. 

Responsibilities

We are seeking Subject Matter Expert (SME)-level and Senior-level Human Resource Management Specialists that must have:

  • Experience performing civilian and military personnel management and administrative operations support activities
  • Specific experience in the areas of:
    • Civilian Human Resource Management
    • Military & Civilian Manpower Management
    • Information Management/Operations Support
  • Specific experience performing Human Resource Management services in the Government (Military or Civil Service), Federally-Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC), or profit/non-profit Government support/development contractor arenas
  • Experience providing support for Executive Officer duties

Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Salary Range: $130k - $200k

Qualifications

Required:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Active TS/SCI clearance/access or TS/SCI eligible status
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline, such as Human Capital Management, Management, Human Resources Management, or Personnel Management
  • Minimum 20 years (for a SME-level position) or 15 years for a Senior-level position of relevant Human Resource Management support experience, at least 5 years of which must be in support of U.S. Air Force programs

Desired:

  • Specific Human Resource Management support experience with U.S. Space Force programs
  • Experience with Government (Military and Civilian) career advancement programs, such as promotions, awards, performance recognition citations, and relevant training opportunities
  • Experience with Government (Military and Civilian) annual review processes
