The Role – Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates qualifications and fit & assist in CV screening.
  • Review past applicants on the ATS and generate lists of potential candidates for various roles which senior recruiters and hiring managers are working on.
  • Manage candidate data and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Build lists of potential candidates by going through LinkedIn profiles
  • Coordinate interviews, ensuring necessary arrangements are made.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers, providing updates on the status of candidates and the overall recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
  • Conduct research and stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, or any TA related role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
