Omada is reimagining virtual-first care for pre-diabetes, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal conditions, taking into account personal context and comorbid health conditions. As a Sr Product Manager for Member and Care Team Experience, you will lead a team that’s evolving our member app and care team tools to provide longitudinal care for members, leveraging AI/ML and other emerging technology where appropriate. Your job, in partnership with engineering and design, is to understand the needs and motivations of different member segments and leverage platform capabilities to deliver personalized program experiences that adapt to their individual context and barriers, setting them on a path to achieve their health goals. As Omada expands to serve new types of members at different stages in their health journey, you will articulate the vision and steps to get there, and help your team set achievable, measurable, milestones that unlock value at each phase of development.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, design, clinical, care delivery, member insights, and data to identify the biggest opportunities for improvement, prioritize projects, build new features, and measure their impact.
In this role, you will directly contribute to building new capabilities and care tracks within the Omada experience. You’ll immerse yourself in factors influencing members’ motivation to evolve how they learn, build habits, and engage with Omada’s tools and care teams on the path to better health. Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $175,200 - $219,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $157,680 - $197,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
