As a Senior Product Manager reporting to the Head of Product in our Search & Monetization team, your purpose will be to lead the evolution of Booksy’s search engine and marketplace monetization strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include optimizing search relevance, enhancing personalization and transparency for our providers and consumers, identifying new monetization opportunities, and collaborating closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Product management experience, with a focus on search product development or marketplace platforms.
  • Proven success in improving search functionality and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical skills to define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and validate solutions through A/B testing and user research.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to align stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams effectively.

At a minimum we require conversational level English language skills. Why? English is our company language and is used for any business-wide communications, so we need you to be able to speak English to feel like an integrated part of Booksy.
