To become a Steward at Omni Houston Hotel, candidates should preferably have previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant. You need to be able to stand for long periods, lift items up to 50 lbs, and be comfortable bending and stretching. An understanding of food safety is essential, and a food safety certification is a requirement for this role.
