PLEASE NOTE: This position is for the UNM Gallup Branch, located in Gallup, NM, approximately 130 miles west of Albuquerque, NM.
UNM-Gallup is searching for a reliable, on-call Testing Assistant to administer and proctor a variety of exams necessary for specific licensing, certifications and credentials. The Testing Assistant will administer and proctor exams following strict test guidelines and standards set for each individual test; provide general administrative assistance as related to the test administration, maintain confidentiality, security, and integrity of all tests, testing procedures, and student information; and work collaboratively with others to accomplish functions and responsibilities.
The incumbent will be required to successfully complete a series of training requirements for each external exam provider.

High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
