We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth people operations, maintaining employee satisfaction, and supporting various administrative and strategic people-oriented initiatives.

What you will do

  • Provide guidance to employees on People Operations/HR policies, benefits programs, and procedures globally.  
  • Manage processes across the employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, target setting, career development, training, other employee administration matters etc.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by coordinating with finance and external partners in all abroad entities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by drafting/updating policies as necessary and supporting any audits.
  • Compile People Operations reports and metrics for management review.
  • Manage HRMS and other systems and ensure accurate and prompt records administration.
  • Plan and coordinate initiatives that enhance employee experience as well as workplace efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department managers and the Global People Operations team to support any initiatives and activities.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to catch missteps before they happen and look around the corner to predict future trends.

 What you will bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a People Operations or HR Specialist role within an international organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office Suite.
