As Medica’s Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, supporting the acquisition of top talent across a wide range of departments. This is a high-visibility role that will work with our recruitment team as well as with our hiring leaders and candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experiences, and increasing efficiency.This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for both operational excellence and connecting with people. As part of our talent acquisition team, you will be an ambassador for our mission and purpose and contribute to a team where your expertise will directly contribute to aligning talent to support our business.Key Responsibilities:• Talent Acquisition Coordination: Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition management, scheduling interviews, facilitating the offer process and leading pre-hire and onboarding activities.• Process Improvement: Lead or collaborate on process improvement initiatives to streamline recruiting efforts and enhance the overall candidate experience.• Project Coordination: Support or spearhead key projects that drive innovation in talent acquisition.• Mission Alignment: Represent and promote Medica’s values and mission during all stages of the recruitment process.• Candidate Engagement: Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they understand the impact of our organization and their potential role in advancing our organizational strategies.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience• 3+ years of experience within coordination or administration related roles• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms strongly preferred• Experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on senior-level or high-volume hiring preferredSkills and Abilities:• Strong project coordination skills and a history of leading or supporting process improvement initiatives• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with leadership, candidates, and other stakeholders• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectivelyThis position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from our Minnetonka office on average, 1-2 times per week.The full salary range for this position is $43,800 - $75,100. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
