Job DescriptionLead custom reporting requirements discussions to deliver views of a client’s business objectives compared to their success metrics for managing health system operations. Design, develop, and present reporting assets which utilize the Enterprise Data Mart and Business Intelligence tools. Reports should provide reliable data, follow consistent UI standards, and execute without performance concerns.Career Level - IC1ResponsibilitiesKey Activities• Conduct data discovery, analysis, and profiling of data, to validate business requirements, provide inputs into functional Prior knowledge and working experience of any of the Oracle Business Intelligence products (OAC, OAS, BIEE, BI APPS) is required.• Advanced database skills (DB2, Oracle, Sybase, Informix, MS SQL Server).• Conduct data discovery, analysis, and profiling of data, to validate business requirements, provide inputs into functional design• Identify and manage data quality or integrity issues within the domain• Collaborate with business units to design the structure of data solutions and plan their implementation within the team• Troubleshoot and fix data loads and other issues within a data mart• Explore new ways to present data insights to end users within a project• Candidate should have strong SQL skills and ability to understand complex SQL statements. Database administration and data modeling experience would be a plus.• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.• Knowledgeable in the DMAIC process in evaluating opportunities to implement improvement processes focused on people, process, and technology.• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.Basic• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Mathematic or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience• At least 2 years of work experience in SQL and report buildingPreferred• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence products (OAC, OAS, BIEE, BI APPS), Tableau or other report and visualization development tools• Course work or work experience in programmingExpectations• Ability to travel up to 5-10%• Ability to work overtime and/or irregular hours as needed.• Must reside near a virtually approved locationQualificationsDisclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations onlyUS: Hiring Range in USD from: $57,000 - $141,200 per year.
