We are driven to innovate with a clear purpose in mind: to enhance the eating and drinking experience, nourishing the people and communities we serve.We are seeking a motivated and driven Product Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship provides an exciting platform to gain hands-on experience in market research, product planning, and assisting in the execution of product strategies that align with customer needs and business objectives.What You'll Do• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to develop and enhance innovative products that cater to the needs of the foodservice industry.• Market Research: Support market research efforts to understand customer requirements, identify trends, and evaluate competitive offerings.• Customer Insights: Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback and data to inform product development decisions.• Product Roadmaps: Participate in the creation of product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and project timelines.• Product Launches: Contribute to the planning and execution of product launches, including marketing collateral, training materials, and go-to-market strategies.• Project Execution: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products on time and within scope.• Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.• Learning and Development: Learn and utilize product management tools and software to assist in project documentation, communication, and reporting.Who You Are• Independent Self-Starter: Takes prompt, proactive action to accomplish work goals with limited oversight.• Collaborative Partner: Uses interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.• Problem Solver: Using creative and logical thinking to devise effective solutions.Required Qualifications• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from various sources.• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.• Interest in product management methodologies and a desire to learn about the product development lifecycle.• Basic understanding of market research techniques and tools is a plus.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).• Eagerness to contribute to the success of product initiatives and to work in a fast-paced environment.• Previous coursework, projects, or internships related to product management or marketing is advantageous.DurationThis internship position is a 10-week program, starting May 2025.
