It is an exciting time to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and NetSuite HR Team! As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Senior HR Manager on the HR Solutions Team. You will directly impact the business, the HR organization, and the broader company. You will be responsible for the evolution of a scalable performance management and employee relations approach. You will be required to actively manage the day-to-day coaching and consultation on performance management and employee relations cases. You will be expected to lead with data driven insights. You will be responsible for identifying, resolving and managing workplace issues while supporting active leadership engagement and ensuring compliance with Oracle policies, values, and guidelines. You will be required to influence without direct authority and collaboratively partner with critical stakeholders to facilitate increased capacity and consistency.Career Level - IC4
