Business Operation Specialist

  • Marketing Operations
    • Organize institutional promotional events, including both online and offline activities such as AMAs, webinars, and side events at conferences.
    • Strengthen OSL’s institutional brand by increasing website traffic and publishing press releases.
    • Perform market research, develop new product proposals, and conduct competitor analysis to support global business growth.
  • Operational Support
    • Monitor daily and weekly operational data, enhancing the institutional client data monitoring system.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, legal, and compliance, to meet quarterly OKR targets.
  • Reporting & Metrics
    • Compile and deliver reports on operational performance, including internal updates and OKR performance reviews.
    • Track and evaluate KPIs related to institutional operations and service quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
  • 3 years or above experience in a sales support role within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in supporting senior institutional sales professionals.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
