Regular site visits will be a crucial part of your role, where you will conduct quality assurance and safety inspections to maintain our high standards. You'll be planning and executing labor activities, managing subcontractors, and refining production goals accordingly. A background with 5+ years in Solar Construction, especially rooftop installations, is essential, along with great organizational and communication skills. If you're a detail-oriented self-starter passionate about renewable energy, we want you on our team!
