We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Supervisor to oversee our day shift operations in Spokane Valley, United States. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality production while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $80,000 + 5% Bonus + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
Schedule: M-Th 4:30 pm start time.

We're looking for a candidate with solid management experience and a strong background in manufacturing—ideally, five years or more in both areas. If you have a high school diploma, but a degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management would definitely give you an edge. Plus, relevant certifications like Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing are always a plus!
