We are seeking a short-term Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst Contractor to support our Commercial revenue teams by managing critical day-to-day reporting processes and outputs while management focuses on automating these workflows. While this role is temporary, this contractor will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations during this transition period. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical and detail-oriented.

What you will do:

  • Maintain data accuracy in CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (NetSuite) through manual data entry and routine data hygiene.
  • Audit and streamline existing reports and dashboards across CRM, ERP, and BI tools (Amplitude, Tableau) to consolidate sources of truth.
  • Extract and deliver manual data queries for routine and ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Maintain consistency and reliability of Commercial business performance metrics during the automation transition.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data insights and support operational continuity.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-oriented with experience handling large datasets.
  • Comfortable with manual data entry, extraction, and reporting.
  • Adaptable and quick learner in a fast-changing environment.

We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings. Our employees in other major cities (like Boston and New York) occasionally gather informally at local co-working locations. Our preference is for candidates based on the West Coast or those open to any location but willing to align with West Coast hours.

We would love to have you on our team if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in business analytics, revenue strategy, or sales operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to follow detailed SOPs and execute tasks efficiently based on leadership direction.

Hourly rate of up to $50/hour
