Revenue Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations manager to join our team. In this role, you will report to the CRO and use your analytical abilities in a data-driven way to impact our success. This critical role will empower our sales and marketing efforts with data, technology, and process optimization to help us achieve and exceed our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Sales with Data and Technology:

Leverage data insights and technology to enable and enhance sales performance.

  • Dashboard and Reporting Management:

Design, maintain, and deliver dashboards and reports to assist with forecasting and performance tracking.

  • Performance Monitoring:

Monitor goal progress, activity, and productivity using performance data and CRM tools.

  • Strategic Recommendations:

Provide data-driven recommendations to the CRO and executive team to refine vision and strategy.

  • Sales Enablement:

Ensure sales representatives are equipped with the necessary training and best practices for leveraging tools, particularly CRM systems.

  • Salesforce Customization and Maintenance:

Manage Oversee’s Salesforce environment, including opportunity-level configurations and company-wide reporting and dashboards.

  • Marketing Automation Proficiency:

Utilize HubSpot and similar tools to support the CRO and Marketing Director with lead generation and attribution efforts.

About You

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and the ability to customize, manage, and maintain its functionalities.
  • Experience with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms. Big plus if you also are proficient in Hubspot.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to drive insights and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Worked in a B2B tech start-up. 
  • Experience working with a US company or reporting to US leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Fluent English
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Analytical or Technical Studies (e.g., Economics, Data Science) .

  • Certifications in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Force Management Certification
