We’re searching for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and improve a wide range of IT systems and networks, ensuring seamless operations across the company. You’ll play a key part in maintaining critical infrastructure, solving complex technical issues and enabling the team to deliver cutting edge quantum technology. What you'll be responsible for:
You’ll play an important role in managing and maintaining our IT systems and network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and robust support for our quantum technology. Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll also configure security settings, proactively manage backups and repair or replace infrastructure equipment to maintain optimal performance.
You’ll need strong technical expertise and hands-on experience with a wide range of IT systems and tools. Key areas of knowledge include:
Familiarity with Linux systems (e.g. Ubuntu, Rocky) and hardware such as Dell PowerEdge Servers is also highly desirable. You should be proactive in problem solving, detail oriented and comfortable collaborating with team members across the business. Your ability to manage system administration, troubleshoot technical issues and maintain security compliance will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
