Perform code migrations via approvedmigration process. Review application developer code when migrationissues occur, looking for errant code or variations fromestablished Auburn conventions.• Perform complex scripting and analysis and troubleshooting onexisting script. Write scripts that automate simple server anddatabase operations and documents script operations. Usepre-written vendor instructions to accomplish technical objectivesand customize instruction for university specificenvironments.• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain production andnon-production databases. Perform all standard database maintenancetasks without guidance.• Monitor and respond to database incidents including, but notlimited to, backup, recovery, tablespace allocation, performance,security access constraints, account operations, nightly jobprocessing, and physical hardware issues rarely.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsSr. Database Administrator• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experienceRelevant IT experience with relational database management systemsor database deployment.
