Support Sales Processes: Help design, implement, and optimise sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Sales Documentation: Assist in creating and managing sales playbooks, proposals, and training materials
Market & Investment Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to uncover growth opportunities.
Conference Support: Compile lists of relevant side events, handle registrations, and assist in building targeted lead lists.
Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to support strategic sales initiatives.
You Have 🤓
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (internships are also valued).
Crypto or blockchain industry experience is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Attention to detail: Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.
Independence and adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to change quickly.
