We're looking for highly motivated Sales Development Executives to join our sales team. you will be responsible for placing outbound calls, which are mostly cold, to specific UK industries and verticals. Daily call volume is c. 200 - KPI's and Targets to be discussed in detail during the hiring process.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads through cold calling and lead generation activities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients, helping to set the stage for the sales team to close deals.
You will have an attractive bonus structure in place for hitting targets, and we offer strong prospects for progression for over-achievers.
